We have always been committed to serving our customers in any way we can. However, with the COVID-19 situation hitting in mid-March and trying to meet the needs of a new heating & air conditioning client, we definitely stepped outside the box on providing the best service options available and added what we jokingly refer to as "Trigger-Switch After Dark"!
We know that "going the extra mile" sometimes means "going the extra hour" for our clients. If you are a heating & air conditioning contractor (or really any service contractor), you only make money when your service technicians and service trucks are on the road. Lost time equals lost revenue! That definitely applied to our new client, Complete Services in Tulsa, OK. However, Trigger-Switch offered not only design and installation of new vinyl graphics for the Complete service vans, trucks and trailers, we added a new option - the ability to apply graphics outside their normal business hours.
The way this works is that the business has their vehicle on jobsites during the day and then drops it off at our shop outside Catoosa, OK between 4:30 and 5:30 pm. Then our team goes to work cleaning, prepping and applying graphics in the evening/night in our 30 foot x 30 foot, climate controlled shop. By 7:30 am the next morning, that vehicle is finished and ready to go back to work.
'Graphics "After Dark" means ZERO downtime for that vehicle!'
In some cases, we can even do one or two of these vehicles over the weekend. So far, we have completed graphics "After Dark" on four enclosed trailers, three RAM ProMaster service vans, a Chevy Silverado truck, a Chevy Colorado truck and a Ford F250 truck. We have many more vehicles lined up for new graphics for this and other businesses.
This is a great addition to our service options and for us - it really shows that we are trying to really meet the needs of our clients. Plus, our client, Complete Services, is LOVING it! Another great thing for us is that this new service is allowing us to hire additional help at a time when jobs are still hard to find or hours have been cut due to the COVID-19 shutdown. This new influx of work and ability to hire new people is definitely a sign that God is looking out for us.
